Shipping policy

  • We currently ship to all U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories, Armed Forces Americas (AA), Armed Forces Europe (AE), Armed Forces Pacific (AP) and APO/FPO addresses).
  • Please allow 2-5 business days for processing before your items are shipped. During sales & restocks, shipping may take longer - but be patient, the reward is worth the wait!
  • All orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.
  • We do not ship to freight forwarders.
  • Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday-Friday (excluding holidays, holiday weekends). Please allow 7-10 business days for standard ground shipping delivery.
  • The MVP Edit is not responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost or stolen packages. Under all circumstances USPS is responsible for any of all mail pieces that undergo USPS delivery services.

return & refund policy

At The MVP Edit, we strive to make returns simple and hassle-free. You can return items within 15 days of delivery for a refund if they meet our return conditions.  If you have any questions or need assistance, our team is here to help at orders@mvpedit.com.

  • All returns will be completed by mail, please note that the cost of the return label is your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive store credit and return shipping was not prepaid, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee to cover processing and handling costs.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns/refunds—no exceptions.
  • Items must be returned in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • The MVP Edit reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, lack authorization, or don’t meet these criteria.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
  • In the unusual event that you receive an item damaged or faulty we will exchange or refund this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us within 3 business days.
  • To ensure the health and safety of our customers, all hair accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • No exchanges are allowed on any product.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale items, which are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Return an Order:

  1. Email orders@mvpedit.com with your order number and reason for the return/exchange. If your product is defective, please take a clear photo of the defective product and attach it to your email as reference.
  2. We will contact you within 3-5 business days with further instructions.
